  • Do I have to be home during house cleaning?

    It is not obligatory, our team is composed of trustworthy individuals who would do the job and leave the place immediately. Their history shows how ethical they have been while performing their cleaning services.

  • What are your rates?

    We base our prices on many factors – the nature of the job at hand and other factors that would determine the needed time, products and effort that will be put into each mission.

  • Do you offer any packages?

    Yes, we do, our packages are listed with details on our website. Don’t miss out on them, they are a good catch.

  • Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

    If agreed upon by our client and ourselves, we can bring our own cleaning products, mops, buckets, cobweb removers, rags, and vacuums.

  • How do you handle pets?

    Well, we do not mind domestic cats, we ensure that they are well-kept inside; dogs are fine as long as they are friendly and trained not to hurt strangers because if they do, we’ll have no choice but to keep them away from the areas that are being cleaned.

  • Do I need to do anything before City Help team arrives?

    We prefer it if you can remove toys, clothes, dirty dishes, precious items and valuables before our team arrives. Unless you agree with us on picking up these items earlier because it’s time-consuming and we have a schedule to abide by.

  • What if something gets damaged while my home is being cleaned?

    We handle your house with supreme care, in case anything misfortunate occurs we make every possible effort to do the needed repair or replacement; insurance claims would be sent when appropriate.

  • What if I have a special request?

    You have the option to call us, email us, or leave a note at the office. Just make certain you give us an advanced notice for any demands.
